Cody Farr PTSD Suicide Awareness Memorial Rides began in 2020 after the Farr family experienced the unexpected. Their son Cody, who was an Operations Specialist in the Navy, had lost his battle with PTSD.
Determined to, "Save Just One More" they decided to combine his motivation to help others and his love for animals to do just that and create an organization to "Remember Them Because They Thought of Us."
Our mission is to help Veterans and First Responders who are suffering from PTSD receive a K-9 trained to meet the handler's specific needs (at No Cost to them), in hopes that it will in turn improve their overall mental health and quality of life.
